With luxury experience from brands such as Marriott International to private operations, bridging operator and ownership perspectives, I focus on people and operational excellence. Because when teams feel trusted, they don’t just perform; they outperform.
Philip Bell is a highly accomplished hospitality executive with a strong track record of operational management and budget delivery. As a confident and collaborative leader, he has successfully guided large properties, managed the sale of multiple assets, and demonstrated expertise in driving profit maximisation and business turnarounds. Philip is also adept at developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering on key financial metrics.
With more than 30 years of experience in revenue management for IHG, Marriott, and boutique brands, Hafis develops strategies that are adaptable, robust, and highly profitable. He assists independent hotels in competing against larger brands by utilizing innovative technology to achieve real profit. His approach helps independents outperform big brands through smarter technology and sharper tactics, emphasizing revenue integrity over merely increasing top-line revenue.
Robert Holland works as PHD Asset Management’s recommended Revenue Expert, bringing extensive hospitality revenue management and distribution expertise through HotelPartner, an established industry leader since 2006.

Christopher Prow is a senior hospitality leader with 25+ years’ international experience across luxury hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and fine dining.
With a background shaped in high-pressure kitchens and premium hospitality environments, Christopher brings a powerful blend of culinary credibility, operational discipline, and commercial focus. He specialises in F&B optimisation, pre-opening strategy, team development, cost control, guest experience, and asset performance.
Beyond operations, Christopher is passionate about building a healthier and more sustainable hospitality industry. As a Mental Health Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, he champions wellbeing, open conversation, and stronger support for the people behind the service.
His belief is clear: great hospitality is not built by burning people out. It is built through standards, respect, accountability, and care.
Pacifique G. Ngoga is a hospitality and tourism expert with over 15 years of experience in East Africa, specialising in hotel operations, training, and quality assurance. He specialises in capacity building for SMEs, service excellence, and sustainable tourism development. As an EAC-certified hotel assessor, WDA Senior Hospitality Trainer and former GIZ Hanga Ahazaza consultant, Pacifique has led curriculum design, staff training, and quality audits that strengthen competitiveness in the region’s hospitality sector. He is passionate about empowering tourism professionals and promoting world-class standards in service delivery.
Alexander Petkov is an accomplished hospitality and real-estate strategist with a strong track record in acquisitions, development, and asset optimisation. As a focused and analytical leader, he has driven value-creation across diverse portfolios, identified high-potential investment opportunities, and guided repositioning strategies with precision. Alexander is also skilled in market intelligence, stakeholder alignment, and building cohesive teams that deliver sustained performance and long-term profitability.
Julie Adolpho, founder of Adolpho Designs, works as PHD Asset Management’s recommended Interior Designer, delivering tailored interior solutions for both residential and commercial projects. Thomas is skilled in aligning commercial ambitions with guest-centric service models, empowering teams to embrace data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable profitability improvements through tailored insight and execution.
